World Book Day is 20 years old next Thursday (2nd March).
As always we would love for the children to come to school dressed as a character from their favourite fictional or non-fictional book. Please discuss with your child their favourite story character and why they like them.
It would be great if your child could bring in their favourite book to share with the other children.
 On the day each child will receive a ‘World Book Day £1 Voucher which your child can exchange at your local booksellers and swap it for one of the TEN (exclusive, new and completely free) World Book Day books!
Or, if they’d prefer, they can use the book token to get £1 off any full price book or audio book, that’s fine too! It’s your choice, just as long as the book or audio book costs at least £2.99. Then all YOU have to do is sit down and enjoy the read.
Please note The World Book Day book tokens are valid from Monday 27 February – Sunday 26 March 2017.
