Multi-skills…

On Tuesday afternoon Year 6 organised and ran a multi-skills afternoon for the whole school. The activities included javelin, hockey, throwing, dodgeball, hurdles and much more! The children had a brilliant afternoon working alongside older and younger children improving their sporting skills. Thank you very much Year 6 –top job!

School Games Summer Olympics ………

On Wednesday, our rounder’s team travelled to Hereford Leisure Centre, along with nearly 2,000 other children to compete at the County’s School Games Summer Olympics. Year 6 Show ………

On Tuesday & Wednesday evening, over 100 children from schools across the Federation performed in ‘Annie’ at The Courtyard Theatre. It was a fantastic show and the Year 6s from Llangrove did us proud – singing their hearts out and compèring like professionals. Well done everyone!

Swimming ………

Key Stage Two’s swimming lessons concluded with a very exciting gala on Tuesday. All the children participated in a variety of races. Tag woggle, swimming holding hands and pushing a ball along with the head were amongst the fun and unusual races. Congratulations to Garron house, who emerged as the gala champions.
