This Week in Acorn Class ….
To go with their story in English, Acorn Class had great fun making gingerbread men this week. They followed the recipe very carefully and decorated them beautifully with icing. What yummy looking gingerbread men !

HMFA Rounders Tournament……
On Tuesday, our Year 5 and 6 Rounders team travelled with St. Weonards school to compete in the HMFA annual Rounders competition held in Hereford. The weather kept fair and our team won their first match against Kings Caple (5.5 – 2). Year 6 Residential …
Year 6 & Mr Fox have been away all week on their residential trip at Oakerwood. We look forward to seeing them after half term & hearing about all of their adventures and activities.
Musical Medley ……..
On Wednesday the children were treated to a musical medley from Mr Jones, our peripatetic music teacher. Mr Jones offers clarinet, flute and drums to pupils in year 3 onwards. This Week in Beech Class ……….
Beech Class are thoroughly enthralled with our class story ‘The Iron Man’. Year 2 have begun building their own Iron Man, with the help of Mrs. Howie and all the children are suitably proud of their charcoal and chalk Iron Man portraits which are now on display in the classroom.
In Oak Class ……….
Year 4 and Year 5 have transformed the classroom into a slipper manufacturing hub. The children have developed their design, sewing and finishing skills whilst making their own personalised slippers, with a help from Miss Marchetto.
Forest Schools…
