This Week …………….

Acorn Class have been learning all about animals this week. We have been naming animal body parts and making our own bizarre beasts mixing up different animal’s body parts!

Beech Class have become Volcanologists, we have learnt scientific terminology as well as ‘magpieing’ descriptive phrases from texts and video footage of erupting volcanoes. The children then used the visual stimuli and vocabulary to write volcano shape poems.

Oak Class have commenced with their task of making their own slippers! Questionnaires have been designed and analysed with the results informing their design choices.
