World Book Day, Thursday 7th March …
The children have already begun to share with us which ‘magical’ book character they are planning to come to school as next Thursday. Please can your child remember to bring in their favourite magical story or poetry book.
As in previous years the children will each bring home a £1 Book Token. Once they have their token, all they need to do is to take it to any booksellers / participating shops– and swap it for one of the TWELVE (exclusive, new and completely FREE) World Book Day books. Or, if they prefer, your child can use your token to get £1 off any full price book instead. If they’d rather an audiobook, that’s fine too! – as long as the book or audiobook costs at least £2.99.
The World Book Day book tokens are valid from Thursday 28 February – Sunday 31 March 2019.
